Stress Management

According to nearly every expert in medicine, including the Surgeon General, National Institutes for Health, The Center for Disease Control, John Hopkins and Mayo Clinic, stress is primary cause cause of nearly, about or more than 80% of all disease.

We age before our time because of stress. We get every illness, disease, disorder or medical condition because of stress. Our emotions turn negative because of stress. Our health suffers because of stress. We die because of stress.

If we could just reduce our stress we would feel and act younger, be healthy and live longer. We would enjoy living more with less anger, anxiety, depression. rage, panic and suicidal tendencies.

If we could just manage our stress we could heal our bodies and elevate our emotions. We could raise our vibrations and increase our energy.

We can do all these things. But drugs can't. The only things drugs can do is mask our symptoms and feelings. Meanwhile these drugs go about killing our body -- our lungs, heart, liver, kidneys, pancreas, gall bladder, thyroid, thymus, pituitary, pineal, brain, breasts, prostate and reproductive organs. It may be a slow and painful death, but drugs are lethal to parts of our body.

Drugs can decrease and eliminate our hearing, eyesight, concentration, memory, tactile and emotional feelings, and our senses of taste and smelling. All drugs are harmful to some part of the human body. All drugs are toxic to living things like you and me.

No drug ever cured anything.

Some people survive even chemotherapy. Most people survive less toxic drugs but their life is never the same. Some part of them died...but they did survive in spite of it all.

Everybody Can Reduce Their Own Stress

Drugs cannot reduce your stress. Drugs can only increase your stress because they are toxic chemicals to your body.

You can reduce your own stress by:

  1. Exercizing a half hour to an hour a day
  2. Improving your nutrition and eating better food
  3. Drinking at least an 8 oz glass of water for every 20 pounds of your body weight
  4. Relaxing and breathing deeply several times a day for a minute or so
  5. Contemplating, praying and meditating at least 15 minutes daily or more
  6. Doing something you love involving art or music daily
  7. Doing something you love involving people, animals, plants or nature daily

You can help other people learn how to reduce and manage their own stress by:

  1. Coaching, Teaching, Training, Demonstrating, and Helping them
  2. Using any techniques or strategies you know that will reduce their stress
  3. We suggest you always use deep breathing and relaxing with them
  4. And, if they're willing, help them form a deeper relationship with the Divine.

The more you do these things, the more you'll be able to help others do them.
